What time should we arrive?
Please arrive at camp with plenty of time to check in. Check in typically starts at
3 PM. Upon arrival, have your group leader check in at the Tahquitz Pines Office.
This process takes about 10 minutes. If your Team Leader will be arriving later than
your group's check in time, due to some unforeseen circumstance, please call the Tahquitz
Office by 5pm.

What is the elevation at Tahquitz Pines?
Tahquitz Pines is located at 6,000 ft.
When are meal times, and where are they served?
Meals are cafeteria style. Plesae check with our main office regarding meals location
for your specific group. Our schedule is as follows:
Breakfast - 8am
Lunch - 12pm
Dinner - 6pm
What is a typical camp meal?
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, assorted fruits & cereals, oatmeal, juices,
Lunch: Taco salad, assorted sandwiches, pizza, hamburgers/hot dogs, etc.
Dinner: Tri-Tip, chicken, or pork loin with potatoes, vegetables & salad, special
desserts (ice cream, pie, etc.)
Can I bring my pet?
Sorry, we can’t allow pets, regardless of how well-behaved they are.
Is there wireless internet at camp? What about cell service?
WiFi is available at select areas of our facility. Verizon and AT&T also work well,
with Sprint and Tmobile being a little more hit and miss.
Is the Swimming Pool available for use?
Yes! If you want to swim, be sure to bring your bathing suit and a large beach towel
with you. The pool is available to all of our guests ONLY when a Lifeguard is on duty.
The swimming pool must be booked in advance.
Is there a camp fire?
We have a large gathering place for sitting around the fire located in our upper camp.
Special arrangements MUST be made when your group is registering to reserve this area.
How is parking?
Parking is limited. Please try to carpool or provide some type of group transportation.
